The menu includes a wonderful New Orleans Cajun Pasta dish that includes Shrimp, Crawfish Tail Meat, a Cajun Spiced cream sauce and more. It's simply delicious and is not for those who shy away from spicy food. 

I offer a Steamed Spinach inspired by a very dear friend, with Parmesan Cheese,
Sauteed Mushrooms,  Bacon (Turkey or Pork) and Scallions. 

You'll fall in love with Spinach all over again after eating this. 

You must try the EUREKA!!! Sweet & Spicy Wings also inspired by a good friend. 

They are like no other wing that you'll ever experience.  

One of the all time favorites and frequently ordered menu item is the

Sweet & Savory Hand Rolled Turkey Meatballs.

I get so many orders for these meatballs. They are ridiculously good and my customers

can't believe they are made with ground turkey.

You must try the warm Spinach & Artichoke Dip which is another FAVORITE. The dip includes fresh baby Spinach, Artichokes, chopped green onions, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and more... Most people have never eaten artichokes.  If you are not into artichokes this dip will make you love them.

I make a variety of delicious unique salads too, including:

Chicken Salad To Another Level with seasoned grilled chicken, apples, grapes and pecans and more.

The Deluxe Garden Salad is scrumptious and frequently ordered.  It has Romaine Lettuce, Spring Mix, Cucumbers, Apples, Carrots, Craisins, Heirloom Tomatoes and some secret seasonings.  You can add Grilled Chicken or Salmon. 

The salad is so pretty,  taste so fresh and is delicious.

Another yummy salad is the Gourmet Spinach Salad with Baby Spinach, Pears,

Grilled Red Onions, Candied Pecans, Gruyere Cheese, Bacon (optional) and a Raspberry Vinaigrette.

It is simply delicious.

To top off the meal I offer some wonderful desserts.

The Cobblers are scrumptious. Whether you try the Peach/Pear, Apple/Pear or Peach Cobbler, you will love them.

Krishawn's Superman Cake is so good. It taste just like Superman Ice Cream.

And new to the dessert menu is the Peach Cobbler Pound Cake.

My son, Christopher loves my peach cobbler and my pound cake and he challenged me to combine the two. The result was and is simply amazing. It's rich and decadent and one of the best cakes on my menu. 

 I've had soooooo many orders for this cake.
